NigeriaBeatrice Sargin is a dancer/choreographer, health and food blogger and a graduate Microbiologist who is passionate about nutrition and holistic wellbeing. She's a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Healthy Eating for Weight loss and a Personal Trainer. With her knowledge in these fields, she intends to improve the health of all those who care about their health by helping them work hand in hand to achieve their dream body, health and lifestyle goals.

NigeriaElizabeth Sunday is a medical doctor by profession and a certified Central Bank of Nigeria entrepreneur. While in medical school she did a lot of volunteering. She's very passionate about good health with the belief that "Health is Wealth". She loves the idea of being fit and healthy at all times and she's here to tend to your needs by providing health and wellness tips to build lives and restore health with the best possible way she can.
We are implementing Weston A. Price findings on "A Healthy Diet" back in the 1920s and applying these ancient traditional recipes into our lifestyle.

BeYAH Fitness was born out of a desire to reach, educate and inspire a greater number of people than those we coached and worked with within our own local community. It gives us the chance to connect with individuals from all over the world and in a form that still personalizes the approach to bring each person what they need for their nutrition at that point in time.
