There are different fruits for weight loss you can take in Nigeria to help you lose weight. Such fruits are actually tied to weight loss, not weight gain. Some of these fruits contain carbs, natural sugar and others which helps to keep our body healthy.

It’s very important that we have fruits added to our diets every day. Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are an excellent source of dietary fibre.

Fruits help to lower calories, helps to lower blood pressure, target fats, reduce the risk of developing kidney stones, reduce strokes, heart attack, decrease bone loss, reduce the risk of some cancer & chronic disease than other foods as they are likely to cause weight gain or prevent weight loss. This also helps in weight loss, helps to improve skin texture, it also helps to lower the risk of cancer, Guava fruit contains 4 times the vitamin C which helps to improve immunity and protects you against common infections and pathogens. Moreover, it keeps your eyes healthy. Take 2 Guava three times daily morning, afternoon and evening. Always take fruit before your meal!

Most importantly it’s best not to take too many in one sitting, the calories and carbs will add up fast. This may negate any health benefits and increase your risk of weight gain. Take the fruits in small quantity before a meal at least three times daily. Take 6 grapes before meal three times daily.

This fruit has emerged as a natural fat burner and digestive aid. Proponents say that lemon water increases metabolism, cleanses the liver and boosts overall health. Take half a lemon (sliced) to eight to 10 ounces of water.

Is it best to add lemon to cold, warm, or hot water? Warm water all the way. This temperature helps extract vitamin C and polyphenols from both the lemon and its peel. Always take fruit before your meal!
