So, don’t work with any assumptions. Whenever you experience an unusual increase in your heart rate, don’t hesitate to go for a thyroid test.
Tiredness is among the important things you should know about thyroid glands. Of course, it’s normal to be tired every now and then. But when it becomes excessive, it could be a sign of thyroid disease.

Again, weight loss or gain is one of the important things you should know about thyroid glands and their disorder. Sometimes, when you start gaining excessive weight or losing weight without explanation, it could be a sign of thyroid.
For instance, excess weight gain is one of the signs of low-function thyroids. And this is because when the thyroid gland isn’t functioning optimally, it can’t burn enough calories to maintain a healthy weight.
Similarly, when your thyroid glands function too much, your metabolism will work too rapidly. And when this happens, you will lose weight rapidly. So, whenever you notice inextricable changes in your weight, seek medical attention immediately.
