How To Prepare Stir-fry Beef Spaghetti

Sometimes, nothing hits the spot better than pasta, especially spaghetti. It is so easy to make and unless you’re a horrible cook that burns even water, you can never go wrong with any spaghetti recipe.

This stir-fry spaghetti recipe combines juicy beef with vegetables. You don’t need to be an expert cook to pull this off.

We live busy lives and sometimes we don’t want to compromise the healthy meals we eat. The easy solution is, of course, to lean on a quick, easy to cook, and snappy meal.

Spaghetti fits this bill to the T. But sometimes we get tired of eating the boring old Jollof spaghetti or spaghetti and stew.

Your quick meal does not have to be bland as spaghetti beef stir-fry comes to the rescue by spicing up your tastebuds. The best part, you can make this in 30 minutes or less.

Stir-frying meals is not a new concept. It is a healthy way of cooking vegetables and preserving their crispiness. There is a very strict cooking time to help you achieve this.

Stir-fry method is not limited to only vegetables, as most grains can be stir-fried. Another rule for making spaghetti stir-fry is to make sure your soaghetti cooks al dente while parboiling, so it doesn’t come out soggy.

  • Curry powder (1 tsp)
  • Thyme (1 tsp)
  • Hot sauce (2 tsp heaped)
  • Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)

Next, increase the heat and add the green and red peppers and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Then add the spring onions and combine, saute for a minute. Now, transfer the cooked beef or chicken back into the pan and combine.
