Today is International Yoga Day. The International Yoga Day theme of this year’s Yoga Day celebrations is ‘Yoga for Humanity‘. Around 25 crore people across the world partake in doing yoga in unison towards better health and wellness for all.
We are excited to share some amazing thoughts about Yoga day. The idea of Yoga Day was first proposed by the Prime Minister in 2014. The first International Day of Yoga was celebrated the next year on June 21. The day is recognized by the United Nations.
